- A state contract price sheet or a federal award.
- Council, school-district and university minutes, which record a price paid.
What does not
Deal databases and pricing guides that republish other people's numbers.
A vendor that publishes nothing gets no page.
How a price is normalized
A price is stored as printed, with its unit and term.
A per-unit-per-year figure is derived only where the page states both.
